In my Sound Healing classes, you will journey deeper into yourself and into presence through healing sounds from crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, rain sticks and more.

Sound is an ancient healing method, and for me, there is something very primal awakening when I play that helps me connect to my true self. I wish to give you the same experience of contact with yourself and a moment for deep relaxation so that your mind, body, and soul can have a breather and a chance to heal.

A curious and open-minded soul with a deep passion for holistic health. I believe that everyone deserves to enjoy life and make the most of it. I'm an enthusiastic and slightly goofy person who is often caught laughing because I truly believe that life is meant to be enjoyed.

In the end, our quality of life comes down to how present we are in the moment, because all those moments are what will sum up to become our life in the end. If we are not really there, we miss out and will instead experience anxiety or stress because we worry about the future or brood over the past. In this fast-paced society that we live in, I believe that practicing being more present and slowing down is vital for our overall health.

I'm here to help you become more present, slow down, and give yourself a chance to heal through Mindfulness, Meditation, and Sound Healing. These ancient practices are pathways to discovering your true self and living authentically. I'm grateful to have found these practices myself, and I'm excited to share my knowledge further.
